Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms cover the FaiSnap app for macOS and FaiSnap Cloud (backup and share links), provided by Faisal Islam ("we", "us"). By using FaiSnap you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The beta

FaiSnap is in beta and free to use. Features can change, and FaiSnap Cloud may have storage limits. We'll tell you in the app before anything you rely on goes away, and before any paid plan starts.

Your content

Your screenshots and annotations are yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run FaiSnap for you, for example to keep your backup or to show a capture to someone you gave a link. You're responsible for what you capture and share, and for having the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Don't use FaiSnap or its links to share anything illegal, to harass anyone, to share someone's private information without permission, to distribute malware, or to overload or break the service. We may remove such content, disable links and close accounts that do this.

Links

Anyone with a public link, or a password link and its password, can see what it shows until you revoke it or it expires. Treat links like the screenshots themselves.

Your account

You can stop using FaiSnap and delete your account at any time, as described on the Support page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

FaiSnap is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of FaiSnap. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
